Senior Marketing Communications Specialist, EMEA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and spearhead marketing communication initiatives from initial concept through to execution, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and achieving business objectives.

• Lead the planning, execution, and ongoing enhancement of marketing communication campaigns, aligning them with business objectives to maximize engagement, lead generation, and brand visibility.

• Create and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing communication strategies across digital, print, social media, events, and public relations, including event management.

• Develop and uphold a clear MarCom roadmap, ensuring efficient project progression while adapting to new business priorities and opportunities.

• Write, proofread, and edit both creative and technical content for a variety of platforms.

• Oversee and coordinate with external agency partners and vendors, ensuring timely execution, innovation, and effectiveness in campaign delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Life Science Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent training with over 4 years of experience in marketing and/or marketing communications within the agriculture or animal nutrition sectors.

• Strong understanding of the EMEA poultry and swine industries, including economic factors and key drivers.

• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns, identify opportunities, and adapt marketing strategies based on insights.

• Solid grasp of digital marketing, CRM, and analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).

• Proficient in English, with Spanish being an additional asset.
