Communications Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• Provide assistance to local markets throughout the entire campaign lifecycle – from planning and content generation to activation, follow-up, and optimization.

• Ensure campaigns achieve high performance and meet the established KPIs.

• Advise teams on how to effectively utilize existing content across various campaigns.

• Facilitate audience targeting and message development.

• Assist in shaping messaging frameworks to guarantee that communications are pertinent at each stage of the customer journey.

• Aid in localization efforts and, when necessary, the creation of new content.

• Collaborate on channel selection and work closely with agencies to ensure proper content adaptation.

• Support the development of landing pages, email workflows, and monitor campaign performance using tools like Adobe Analytics.

• Evaluate both active and past campaigns to identify effective strategies and areas for improvement.

• Recommend enhancements to boost engagement, conversion rates, and overall outcomes.

• Assist in the coordination of selected global initiatives in collaboration with local teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Approximately 5 years or more of experience in B2B marketing.

• Proven experience in executing integrated campaigns across various channels.

• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms like Pardot or similar, and CRM systems such as Salesforce.

• Proficient in working with data and tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.

• Background in lead generation with a strong understanding of the factors that drive results.

• Experience collaborating with agencies and in content production.

• Some familiarity or interest in AI-driven marketing and personalization.

• Experience in Account-Based Marketing, ideally one-to-few strategies.

• A relevant educational background in marketing, business, or a related field.
