This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop programs and oversee systems to ensure a steady influx of inbound leads.
• Employ Marketo or MAP to enhance the upper funnel.
• Understand SFDC integration.
• Collaborate with various teams and manage their expectations.
• Partner with the team to assess program requirements.
• Ensure data health and quality are maintained.
• Oversee Lead Quality, Lead Scoring, and Lead Routing within Marketo.
• Provide guidance to marketing operations on data needs.
• Present data insights to stakeholders.
• 3-5 years of experience with Marketo / MAP.
• 2-3 years of experience with Salesforce.
• Strong program and project management skills are essential.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic about Marketing Automation, and eager to learn and develop.
• A collaborative team player.
• Practical experience with dashboard creation and reporting.
• Ability to create impactful presentations for executive review.
• Familiarity with lead nurturing and lead scoring is a plus.
