
Senior Marketing Analytics Manager β Channel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Take charge of the analytical execution for paid media performance, focusing on spend efficiency, cost per lead (CPL), cost per acquisition (CPA), funnel conversion rates, campaign pacing, lead quality, application progression, acceptance, and enrollment results.
β’ Develop and sustain Power BI dashboards and SQL-based reporting tools that integrate media spending, platform performance, internal funnel data, marketing mix modeling/media mix outputs, and enrollment outcomes.
β’ Perform thorough diagnostics of paid media across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, DV360, branded/non-branded search, PMax, campaign structure, keywords/search terms, CPC trends, impression share, and competitive/auction dynamics.
β’ Verify and reconcile reporting from agencies/vendors with media platforms and internal source-of-truth data; pinpoint definition discrepancies, tracking challenges, and unsupported conclusions.
β’ Aid in experimentation, incrementality measurement, and the evolution of marketing mix modeling/media mix through pre/post analyses, holdout comparisons, test/control assessments, lift measurement, scenario inputs, and comprehensive documentation of assumptions and limitations.
β’ Generate analytical inputs for media investment planning, budget allocation, flighting, and channel mix recommendations in collaboration with paid media and marketing leadership.
β’ Establish recurring routines and frameworks that proactively highlight paid media performance opportunities, risks, investment trade-offs, and recommended actions, rather than solely functioning as a request taker.
β’ Collaborate with Data Science, Data Engineering, Analytics Solutions, paid media stakeholders, agency teams, vendors, and media platforms to enhance measurement products, data reliability, metric definitions, tracking consistency, and reporting automation.
β’ Distill complex or conflicting paid media performance signals into clear insights, risks, and recommendations for the Senior Director and senior stakeholders.
β’ Over 6 years of experience in channel analytics, digital marketing analytics, performance marketing analytics, or a similar data-driven marketing setting.
β’ More than 3 years of practical experience in paid media analytics, particularly in paid search, campaign performance, spend efficiency, conversion tracking, and funnel measurement.
β’ Proficient in SQL and Power BI, including advanced data extraction, transformation, dashboard creation, and executive-level performance visualization.
β’ Experience in validating data from media platforms, agencies/vendors, and internal funnels; skilled in identifying tracking, taxonomy, attribution, and conversion definition issues.
β’ Strong grasp of funnel analytics from impression/click through to lead, application, acceptance, and enrollment outcomes.
β’ Experience in supporting attribution, marketing mix modeling inputs, media mix analysis, scenario planning, or incrementality testing; while methodology ownership is not required, effective collaboration with Data Science and vendors is essential.
β’ Ability to function as a proactive thinking partner to paid media teams, transforming analytics into actionable recommendations, trade-offs, and plans.
