This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the comprehensive strategy and operations of HubSpot’s Customer Reference Program, encompassing advocate recruitment, onboarding, matching, engagement, and governance of the program.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and GTM Enablement to incorporate customer references more effectively and earlier in the buyer journey.
• Create and sustain a diverse advocate community that mirrors HubSpot’s dynamic products, customer segments, industries, and strategic goals.
• Design and execute AI-driven workflows that enhance reference matching, advocate engagement, and the overall efficiency of the program.
• Provide strategic guidance for daily operations while working alongside the Customer Reference Operations Specialist to implement program activities on a larger scale.
• Craft and deliver outstanding advocate experiences that bolster long-term customer engagement and promote continued involvement.
• Develop playbooks, documentation, and enablement materials that assist revenue teams in confidently identifying, requesting, and utilizing customer references.
• Assess and refine program performance using KPIs such as reference fulfillment speed, advocate engagement, sales adoption, pipeline influence, and deal acceleration.
• Discover opportunities to enhance program processes, automation, reporting, and customer experiences through ongoing experimentation and data-driven decision-making.
• Act as the primary subject matter expert for the Customer Reference Program throughout HubSpot’s go-to-market organization.
• Demonstrated experience in owning and scaling a B2B customer reference, customer advocacy, or customer marketing program.
• Familiarity with supporting enterprise or upmarket sales initiatives and understanding the demands of complex, late-stage buying cycles.
• Proven experience utilizing AI tools and automation to enhance business workflows, customer engagement, or operational efficacy.
• Background in B2B SaaS or technology organizations.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, or sales engagement technologies.
• Strong cross-functional leadership abilities with the aptitude to influence without formal authority.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to leverage program metrics to inform strategic recommendations and drive continuous improvement.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including the creation of enablement resources and documentation that foster adoption.
