Senior Manufacturing Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.

📋 Description

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to devise manufacturing strategies for optical products.

• Supervising the production of optical components while ensuring compliance with industry standards and specifications.

• Conducting research and feasibility assessments to enhance manufacturing processes and elevate product quality.

• Creating and maintaining documentation, which includes manufacturing instructions and standard operating procedures.

• Partnering with the Operations, R&D, and NPI teams on projects and mass production initiatives.

• Implementing quality control protocols to guarantee consistent and reliable output.

• Analyzing data and performance metrics to pinpoint areas for improvement and cost efficiency.

• Assessing and selecting suitable equipment and tools for the manufacturing of optical products.

• Aiding in the testing and validation of new optical technologies and products.

• Traveling as required for business needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.

• Over 5 years of experience in an engineering and/or manufacturing setting within the Chip industry.

• Familiarity and experience in the Semiconductor industry (experience in a Fabless company is a plus).

• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Fluent in English.

• Exceptional communication skills.

• Must be able to physically attend the Chonburi site on a daily basis.
