This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Lead the Financial and Professional Services team across North America.
• Develop and expand the company's service offerings throughout the region.
• Design and implement integrated solutions for clients.
• Formulate and execute the go-to-market strategy.
• Facilitate consulting sales while overseeing delivery processes.
• Motivate and guide a team of senior service delivery executives.
• Ensure outstanding client satisfaction and drive account growth.
• Establish a robust network of senior leaders within the industry.
• Collaborate with Sales to enhance pipeline development.
• Represent the company in the marketplace and bolster brand visibility.
• Deliver market and client insights to senior management.
• Strategically assess contracts and opportunities to prioritize effectively.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in technology sales and delivery roles.
• Demonstrated success in both sales and delivery initiatives.
• Capability to foster and sustain trust-based relationships with CxO-level executives.
• Familiarity with industry contracting and the development of master contract vehicles.
• Enthusiasm for advising senior leaders on critical strategic matters.
• A graduate degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Bilingual proficiency in French, Spanish, or German is a valuable asset.
