This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Assist clients in grasping the "why" before addressing the "how."
β’ Create tailored strategic roadmaps and business cases.
β’ Propel the pre-sales process by delivering focused deal support.
β’ Collaborate closely with Account Partners to formulate the financial strategy for deals.
β’ Assess success through your direct contribution to regional revenue goals.
β’ Develop narratives that clearly outline the execution plan and timeline for the transformation program.
β’ Execute strategic Phase 0 engagements for pivotal opportunities.
β’ Actively facilitate cross-functional "Deal Clinics."
β’ Enhance client satisfaction by ensuring that solutions are positioned for successful delivery.
β’ Integrate an AI-first framework throughout the organization.
β’ Over 10 years of experience in providing enterprise-level consulting services.
β’ More than 7 years concentrated on the Salesforce platform.
β’ At least 7 years of extensive project or program experience at the enterprise level (SaaS experience preferred).
β’ Proven track record in leading the complete discovery, solutioning, estimating, and SOW-creation process for multi-cloud, transformational initiatives.
β’ Active participation in supporting the sales of professional services.
β’ Deep technical and/or functional expertise in the Salesforce platform and its solutions.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities.
β’ Proven ability to influence group audiences effectively.
β’ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.
β’ Established capability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams.
