Senior Manager, WMS Implementation, Training and Change Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Rhode Island.

📋 Description

• Oversee the Change Management strategy and the implementation of the training strategy for the upcoming Warehouse Management System deployment.

• Create and implement a thorough change management strategy.

• Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to facilitate the execution of the training strategy.

• Lead a team that prepares distribution center staff for the adoption of the new WMS.

• Ensure that distribution centers are adequately prepared, capable, and confident throughout the transition process.

• Work alongside senior leaders, distribution center management, colleagues, the WMS project implementation team, L&D, Enterprise Change Enablement, and Supply Chain stakeholders.

• Promote change adoption, engagement, and long-term retention during site transitions and ongoing learning.

⛳️ Requirements

• Willingness to travel up to 50% to select CVS Distribution Centers across the nation.

• At least 5 years of demonstrated leadership experience in Change Management.

• Capability to influence cross-functional teams and achieve results in a dynamic, transformative environment.

• Proven success in building alignment and influencing diverse stakeholder groups at all levels of the organization.

• Strong skills in collaboration, communication, and relationship-building.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proficient in presentation and project leadership.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently.

• Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills.

• Self-driven and results-oriented, with a capacity to work independently and take initiative.

• Highly organized and adaptable, able to manage competing priorities.

• Passionate about developing trusted partnerships and promoting a people-first culture.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Prosci Change Management Certification or a relevant advanced degree is preferred.

• A Master's degree is preferred.
