This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive storytelling and digital experience initiatives on Nielsen.com
• Oversee the comprehensive web content strategy for Nielsen.com
• Maintain the overarching narrative and uphold editorial standards
• Guide the user journey mapping, creating distinct "paths to purchase"
• Co-manage the Information Architecture (IA), site map, and navigation structure alongside Marketing Ops and the SEO Lead
• Oversee the A/B testing process, including tools and analytics
• Act as the strategic lead for web marketing operations, working in collaboration with internal teams
• Manage partnerships with external agencies on a project basis
• Over 7 years of experience in web strategy, digital marketing, content marketing, or digital product management
• Demonstrated expertise in complex product verticals, particularly within SaaS or data technology companies
• Exceptional ability to convey complex technical concepts into user-friendly web experiences
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English; keen eye for effective B2B web copy
• Experience with SEO-driven web experiences
• Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress VIP, WebFlow, Sanity, Contentful, Strapi, Storyblok, Prismic, or similar
• Strong understanding of AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Gemini) and the capability to leverage them for enhancing strategic decisions, creative development, ideation, and production
• A test-and-learn approach with the analytical skills to interpret performance data and apply insights to creative strategies
