This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Take full ownership of the end-to-end delivery and production responsibilities for portfolio modeling, rebalancing, trading, subscription, and financial data provider platforms.
• Create and implement delivery governance and agile methodologies; collaborate with Product Management as needed to synchronize priorities, scope, and results.
• Direct cross-functional delivery efforts (Technology, Product, Operations, vendors): oversee plans, cutovers, dependencies, risks, test readiness, and releases.
• Offer technical guidance for architecture and integrations across OMS/EMS platforms, custodians/brokers, market data providers, and downstream reporting (APIs, messaging, streaming).
• Enhance the private investments technology stack by integrating it into portfolio management workflows (subscription/commitments, capital calls/distributions, valuations, Schedule K1s/documents, data onboarding).
• Merge private investments data/events into enterprise portfolio workflows and stakeholders (analytics, performance/attribution, operations, accounting, risk, reporting), ensuring alignment of data models and controls.
• Oversee data lineage, quality, and timing throughout investment processes (pricing, benchmarks, performance, attribution).
• 7–10+ years of experience in delivering and managing investment or trading-system technology, with accountability for production platforms and releases.
• 7–10+ years of experience in building, structuring, and leading technology teams (engineering, data, and/or integration), including responsibilities for hiring, performance management, and coaching.
• Experience in delivering integrated vendor and/or internally developed trading/portfolio management platforms (order/execution management, market data, performance, private investments) from requirements/vendor selection through implementation, cutover, and production support.
• Technical expertise to review designs, question assumptions, and assess trade-offs among performance, resiliency, data quality, and security.
• Ability to govern agile delivery, testing strategy, release/change processes, environments, observability, and incident/problem management (no daily coding required).
• Incentive compensation including production bonuses, commissions, and/or discretionary incentives.
