This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.
• Oversee Autodesk’s Trust Risk Program while leading a multidisciplinary team that includes Third-Party Risk Management and senior risk professionals.
• Directly report to the Director of Trust Governance, Risk, and Compliance.
• Leverage extensive technical risk knowledge to sustain and enhance the Trust Risk Program.
• Advise product and engineering teams on proactive risk planning throughout the complete risk lifecycle.
• Formulate the strategy, roadmaps, capability monitoring, and operational metrics for the Trust Risk Program, ensuring alignment with Autodesk’s business objectives and Trust standards.
• Design and implement an AI-driven modernization strategy for Trust Risk operations.
• Identify, test, and expand the application of AI and automation while ensuring human oversight, validation, and governance.
• Prioritize risk mitigation efforts in collaboration with Trust, engineering, product, industry strategy, and program stakeholders.
• Create mitigation delivery plans that detail ownership, prioritization, aging and escalation criteria, executive visibility, and intervention mechanisms.
• Develop scalable communication strategies that address program health, mitigation efforts, and accomplishments.
• Promote fact-based, data-driven decision-making processes.
• Collect stakeholder feedback and pinpoint areas for program enhancement.
• Create annual and multi-year operational plans that encompass capabilities, organizational structure, talent, technology investments, budget considerations, and effectiveness metrics.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in constructing, managing, scaling, and significantly enhancing a technical risk management program within a complex technology organization.
• At least 4 years of experience overseeing teams in a remote or hybrid setting.
• Strong comprehension of one or more Trust principles, such as security, privacy, resilience, or responsible AI.
• Experience in implementing or testing AI-enabled risk, compliance, security, audit, or operational workflows.
• Capability to establish suitable human review, data handling, validation, and measurement practices for AI-driven workflows.
• Moderate knowledge of compliance frameworks like SOC 2 and ISO 27001, as well as audit activities.
• Basic familiarity with cloud hosting, infrastructure technologies, SaaS, and cloud services, including AWS and Microsoft.
• Experience managing stakeholders from technical teams to business leaders, product managers, and designers.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for influencing and achieving consensus among diverse stakeholders.
• Proven experience in briefing executives and leaders at various levels.
• Demonstrated success in leading multi-year risk or governance initiatives that yield measurable enhancements in decision-making, risk reduction, accountability, operational efficiency, and customer trust.
• Experience in communicating and reporting on program health, driving initiatives, and ensuring timely delivery.
• Preferred: strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Preferred: strategic thinking and systematic execution.
• Preferred: familiarity with regulatory requirements and security-use-case standards.
• Preferred: experience with Jira, Atlassian, SharePoint, and GRC platforms.
