Senior Manager, Technology Risk & Governance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver independent second line risk oversight by evaluating first line technology risk practices.

• Offer risk-based challenges and escalation support.

• Examine, assess, and provide credible challenges to the identification of technology risks by the first line.

• Analyze Key Indicators and conduct trend analysis across technology domains.

• Offer focused, risk-based second line oversight for technology risk areas.

• Assess specific areas of heightened or emerging technology risk.

• Engage in and contribute to relevant governance forums.

• Ensure compliance with ERM policies.

• Participate and provide credible challenges during the Risk and Control Self-Assessment governance cycle.

• Prepare and support technology risk reporting for executive management and Board-level materials.

• Foster risk awareness throughout the Bank and act as a second line subject matter expert.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, or a related field.

• At least seven (7) years of experience in technology or technology risk.

• A minimum of three (3) years in IT Risk & Governance and/or second line/ERM oversight (or Internal Audit focusing on technology risk) providing independent challenge.

• MBA or another advanced degree (preferred).

• IT/ITIL Certifications (preferred).

• IIBA Certification (preferred).

• Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) (preferred).

• Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) (preferred).

• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) (preferred).
