This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Execute a range of high-level tasks related to fraud, risk mitigation, data analysis, member experience, and project management.
• Collaborate closely with both internal and external clients to interpret and communicate information between designated business and operational teams.
• Conduct project-related research, analytics, reporting, and data compilation for initial inquiries.
• Organize project timelines, objectives, and performance criteria.
• Oversee company databases and team dashboards to facilitate internal requests and coordinate with other teams to deliver data.
• Resolve customer data inquiries for both internal teams and external credit union partners and customers.
• Identify underlying causes related to newly identified issues.
• Review daily reports, confirm details, and provide preliminary analysis for requests.
• Develop and sustain processes, procedures, and documentation; suggest enhancements for process efficiency.
• Conduct initial reviews involving card monitoring research prior to handoff.
• Assist in onboarding new credit unions to the solution.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Fraud/Risk discipline, or a related field, or a combination of education and relevant industry experience is required.
• A minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in risk management, fraud prevention, or fraud analytics is required.
• Three (3) years of experience within the financial services sector is preferred.
• Familiarity with data analytical tools is preferred.
• Experience in project management is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as problem-solving, analytical, and organizational abilities, are required.
• Capability to document processes and manage project coordination.
• Proficiency in data, reporting, and analytics environments.
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team setting.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is required.
• Capacity to communicate in a timely, responsive manner, delivering an exceptional service experience both internally and externally.
