This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
⢠Lead and mentor a team of Executive Talent Acquisition Partners responsible for searches at the Director level and above.
⢠Drive excellence in performance by establishing clear objectives, offering real-time coaching, and supporting the development of team members.
⢠Cultivate a collaborative, accountable, and high-integrity culture that aligns with DaVitaās core values.
⢠Oversee the team managing full-cycle executive search processes for approximately 200 executive-level positions each year across the United States.
⢠Collaborate closely with the team to ensure a high-touch, high-quality experience for both candidates and hiring managers throughout all executive searches.
⢠Provide oversight and strategic direction to ensure that searches are executed with speed, rigor, and in alignment with DaVitaās leadership expectations.
⢠Continuously review and enhance executive recruiting processes to foster consistency, candidate quality, and a world-class executive hiring experience.
⢠Act as the main point of contact for all external executive search firm partnerships, managing vendor relationships, ensuring service excellence, and holding firms accountable to DaVitaās standards.
⢠Transform and elevate the Executive TA function by creating scalable, standardized processes that provide a best-in-class hiring experience for candidates, hiring leaders, and senior stakeholders.
⢠Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce cycle times, and enhance quality through technology, tools, templates, and operational discipline.
⢠Collaborate with the Director of Corporate and Executive Recruiting to design and implement future-state processes that position DaVitaās Executive TA function as world-class.
⢠Establish and uphold high standards of operational excellence, data integrity, and process rigor across the Executive TA team.
⢠Lead continuous improvement initiatives based on data, feedback, and market trends to ensure Executive TA remains a strategic advantage for DaVita.
⢠Monitor and assess recruiting performance, analyze trends, and proactively implement adjustments to meet or surpass established goals.
⢠Promote a results-oriented approach, ensuring that recruiting metrics consistently align with and exceed organizational objectives.
⢠Analyze recruitment data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities within the hiring process, implementing corrective actions to drive improvements.
⢠Bachelorās degree is required; a Masterās degree is preferred.
⢠Over 7 years of recruiting experience, with at least 3 years dedicated to executive recruiting.
⢠Proven track record in managing an executive recruiting team and achieving results.
⢠Strong history of advising senior business leaders and driving high-quality hiring outcomes.
⢠Ability to balance hands-on team leadership with strategic partnership responsibilities.
⢠Highly organized with exceptional project management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
⢠Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and executive search methodologies; experience with Workday Recruiting is a plus.
⢠Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint are required.
