This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Oversee and manage the operations of the Global Technical Support team for the SSA product line.
• Create strategies and tactics focused on enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Enhance product quality and performance while increasing customer satisfaction levels.
• Propel the development of new products and support related activities.
• Stay informed about QS compliance and the latest regulatory standards.
• Ensure all departmental activities adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Formulate, lead, and implement plans for complex projects.
• Assume a leadership position in the deployment of innovative techniques and initiatives.
• Possess a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in engineering, science, relevant medical systems design, or another technical domain.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in a managerial role.
• Recognized expert in diagnostic systems with strong business insight.
• Extensive experience in a managerial position within an FDA-regulated sector.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Advanced DBS background or significant knowledge and experience in Six Sigma, Data Analysis, and Problem Solving.
• Profound experience with Power BI or comparable business intelligence tools.
• Willingness to travel internationally and domestically for approximately 20-30 days annually.
