Senior Manager, Supply Finance, Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Directs the Supply Finance division, implementing strong processes and controls to oversee supply accruals, vendor funding, rebate receivables, vendor data integration, and associated financial reporting.

• Guarantees the timely and precise recording of supply-related transactions while promoting ongoing enhancements in data quality, process efficiency, and financial governance.

• Collaborates closely with Procurement, Commercial Finance, and BP&A teams to enhance Vendor Discount Agreement (VDA) performance, boost spend compliance, optimize vendor funding recovery, and pinpoint opportunities for improving gross margin and working capital performance.

• Evaluates supply-related financial performance against budget, forecasts, and strategic objectives, offering proactive analysis and recommendations to mitigate emerging risks and seize opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Post-secondary Education: A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or a related discipline is required.

• A minimum of 8-10 years of progressive finance experience, with substantial experience in Supply Finance, Procurement Finance, FP&A, Commercial Finance, Business Analytics, or related fields.

• Proven experience in managing vendor funding programs, rebate recovery processes, working capital initiatives, forecasting, and performance reporting.

• Experience in collaborating with Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, and Commercial leaders to drive financial performance and achieve business objectives.

• Preferred experience in leading financial transformation, reporting automation, Power BI development, or analytics initiatives.

• Professional certifications in accounting, supply chain, finance, analytics, or business are considered advantageous.
