Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Gather, arrange, and assess data from various sources.

• Create reports, dashboards, and visual representations to aid business decisions.

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and uncover trends or patterns.

• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data prior to reporting.

• Manage and refresh databases, spreadsheets, and reporting systems.

• Work with internal teams to collect business requirements and offer analytical assistance.

• Conduct data validation, cleansing, and quality assurance processes.

• Produce regular and on-demand reports for management.

• Communicate findings and suggestions clearly and succinctly.

• Support process enhancement initiatives through data analysis.

• Uphold the confidentiality of company and customer information.

• Undertake additional analytical and administrative tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field is advantageous).

• Prior experience in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, or administrative support is preferred but not mandatory.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools is a plus.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to interpret data and convey meaningful insights.

• Capacity to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a remote setting.
