Senior Manager, Supply Chain

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Croatia.

📋 Description

• Assist Global Business Operations (GBOs) with continuous IBP governance, monitoring of adoption, and resolution of issues.

• Facilitate the worldwide adoption of IBP Ways of Working, emphasizing communication, readiness for change, cultural alignment, and behavioral consistency.

• Ensure all Supply Chain functions uniformly implement IBP-based decision-making processes.

• Collaborate with GBOs to integrate IBP governance, establish routines, and build accountability frameworks.

• Identify and eliminate obstacles that hinder effective business utilization of new IBP processes and tools.

• Serve as a liaison between process design and operational execution to guarantee tangible business value realization.

• Oversee global and regional communication strategies as well as stakeholder engagement frameworks.

• Perform structured change impact assessments and organizational readiness evaluations.

• Mentor Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in change leadership and effective role modeling.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Mathematics, or Statistics; a specialization or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management is preferred.

• 3-5 years of experience in the Supply Chain field, ideally within Pharma, Consumer Goods, or Consulting sectors.

• Proven expertise in Supply Chain Planning.

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written (interview will be conducted in English).

• Proficiency in Advanced Planning Systems (SAP IBP, SAP APO, or other similar supply chain planning software).

• Strong skills in Excel.
