
Senior Manager, Strategic Sourcing – Corporate Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the formulation and implementation of sourcing strategies that generate measurable outcomes for our clients in Corporate Services, which encompasses Human Resources, Benefits, Finance, Professional Services, and Travel, among others.
• Directly engage with client stakeholders to pinpoint category-specific priorities and challenges, subsequently creating sourcing strategies that effectively meet those goals.
• Take complete ownership of the entire RFP process, which includes data collection, RFP creation and execution, proposal assessment, supplier negotiations, results presentation, and assistance with client award decisions and supplier/client contracts.
• Lead the assessment of supplier proposals by utilizing TCO modeling.
• Create and execute innovative cost-reduction strategies that go beyond unit price negotiations, incorporating value engineering and demand optimization initiatives.
• Spearhead research and analytics efforts to verify savings projections and facilitate more accurate supplier negotiations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a high level of satisfaction for both internal and external customers.
• Conduct necessary supplier research to remain updated on evolving market trends and supplier capabilities.
• Foster communication between client business units and suppliers to guarantee effective category execution and delivery.
• Build and maintain exemplary supplier ecosystems by category and region.
• Review significant contracts and serve as a subject matter expert for intricate negotiations.
• Monitor and analyze spending, supplier performance, and savings targets at both the category and sub-category levels.
• Cultivate and maintain robust relationships at all organizational tiers, including partnerships at the C-suite level.
• A bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• At least seven (7) years of experience in indirect procurement and strategic sourcing with extensive knowledge in Corporate Services.
• Proven track record in developing sourcing strategies and leading large-scale sourcing initiatives.
• Strong experience in supplier negotiations.
• Prior experience in the healthcare sector is preferred.
• Previous experience interacting with clients and/or stakeholders at all organizational levels, particularly in a services industry (e.g., professional consulting, BPO, managed services, outsourcing).
• Demonstrated proficiency in TCO modeling and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience in driving change management and fostering cross-functional consensus.
• Background in identifying and implementing value engineering and specification optimization recommendations to reduce total costs without compromising quality.
• Strong understanding of supplier ecosystems serving Corporate Services categories.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel (for analysis) and PowerPoint (for presentations).
• Detail-oriented with a strong ability to meet client expectations, influence others, or escalate issues as necessary.
• Proven capability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable business recommendations.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Established ability to form relationships and earn credibility in areas beyond the defined scope of work.
