This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +2 more states.
• Recruit, onboard, and mentor new solutions engineers while guiding them in delivering technical expertise to clients via sales presentations, solution designs, demonstrations, and proofs of value (POVs).
• Collaborate with your Sales Leader counterparts to formulate a strategic go-to-market (GTM) plan for the Eastern US region that includes clear deliverables, alignment with cross-functional teams, and measurable business results.
• Serve as a vital member of the Tines leadership team in the Eastern US, taking ownership of all pre-sales functions within the region.
• Engage in successful execution both as a contributor and a mentor, undertaking account activities such as opportunity coaching, account strategies, and technical executive sponsorship.
• Work collaboratively across teams including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Sales Enablement, Product & Engineering, and Partnerships to establish a seamless and scalable customer journey.
• Cultivate an inclusive and cooperative solutions engineering environment that promotes a culture of coaching, learning, growth, development, and constructive feedback.
• Serve as an escalation point for pre-sales technical challenges arising from the field.
• Offer effective technical leadership and guidance during customer meetings by sharing insights on technical trends, competitive landscape, and product information.
• A robust technical foundation in automation, security, and conventional integration technologies.
• Previous hands-on experience in solutions engineering or technical pre-sales roles.
• Capability to convey complex technical ideas in a straightforward yet thorough manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in fostering the growth of highly skilled teams.
• Ability to build trust among internal and external functional leaders.
• Outstanding communication skills to accurately assess customer requirements and facilitate successful outcomes.
• Data-driven decision-making abilities with a readiness to experiment and adapt.
