
Senior Manager, Solution Delivery – RapidScale

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Provide strategic and operational direction for consultative cloud solution delivery and implementation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Architecture, Support, and Product teams to achieve successful customer outcomes.
• Promote standardization, scalability, and ongoing improvement across delivery processes and methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with architectural standards, security best practices, and product-aligned delivery frameworks.
• Oversee departmental operations, including resource planning, financial performance, and budget management.
• Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing team through coaching, performance management, and career development initiatives.
• Act as the primary escalation point for customer delivery issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
• Manage and prioritize multiple concurrent projects and initiatives across various customer environments.
• Identify opportunities to automate and enhance delivery processes to boost efficiency and consistency.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to foster innovation within delivery practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Over 8 years of experience in cloud, infrastructure, or managed services environments.
• Extensive experience with VDI solutions, including Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and Citrix.
• Comprehensive infrastructure knowledge encompassing firewalls, switching, Windows Server environments, and Active Directory.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver complex technical projects in customer-facing settings.
• Experience working within or alongside project management frameworks and methodologies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Availability to participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation as required.
