This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.
• Establish channel strategies, editorial frameworks, governance models, and performance standards that guarantee consistency, scalability, and measurable business impact.
• Collaborate across departments with Integrated Marketing, Brand, Media, PR, Analytics, Paid Media, and Content teams to synchronize enterprise priorities with unified social and content strategies.
• Manage agency and partner relationships, encompassing strategic direction, governance, performance expectations, accountability, and optimization.
• Supervise enterprise community management and moderation, including customer care triage and escalation support in high-risk or time-sensitive scenarios.
• Enhance and modernize social media capabilities and governance for field agents and distributed teams to facilitate scalable, compliant local activation.
• Propel innovation through AI-driven content workflows, social listening, SEO-informed optimization, and MarTech integrations such as Sprinklr, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe tools, Jasper AI, and Canva.
• Convert performance insights into executive-level recommendations, reporting narratives, and strategic business actions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• Over 7 years of progressive experience in leading enterprise-level social media and content strategy for a large, complex brand.
• Proven experience in defining channel-level strategy across various social platforms.
• Experience in managing and influencing agency partners.
• Proficient knowledge of Sprinklr, including publishing, listening, and reporting functionalities.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and lifecycle marketing concepts.
• Experience utilizing AI-driven tools and contemporary content workflows.
• Understanding of enterprise social media strategy and channel portfolio management.
• Knowledge of social media governance, accreditation, and brand safety standards.
• Experience with AI-enabled content workflows and automation tools.
• Expertise in social listening, sentiment analysis, and performance measurement frameworks.
• Familiarity with integrated marketing ecosystems and cross-channel measurement.
