This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.
• Identify significant social issues that resonate with the organization's mission and values.
• Create and execute social impact programs, overseeing planning, budgeting, implementation, and assessment.
• Collaborate with both internal teams and external partners to successfully deliver programs.
• Establish governance structures, documentation processes, audit trails, partner onboarding procedures, monitoring systems, and controls for reputational risk.
• Develop program toolkits, reporting templates for partners, evidence requirements, and communication guidelines.
• Foster relationships with community organizations, non-profits, and various stakeholders.
• Oversee grant programs and initiatives focused on employee volunteering.
• Coordinate processes for award submissions and manage partnerships.
• Create impact metrics, gather and analyze data, and assess program results.
• Maintain frameworks for impact measurement, KPI dashboards, and assurance-ready evidence.
• Contribute to the social impact strategy, annual work plans, budgets, forecasts, and delivery timelines.
• Integrate social KPIs into ESG/CSR reporting and assist in developing business cases for new initiatives.
• Communicate social impact efforts through presentations, reports, website content, and social media channels.
• Produce updates suitable for executive review and coordinate impact storytelling, recognition efforts, and advocacy support.
• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Public Policy, Community Development, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• A Master's degree is preferred.
• 8–10+ years of experience in social impact, community development, program management, or a related area.
• Proven track record in developing and executing social impact programs.
• Strong understanding of social issues and the needs of communities.
• Experience collaborating with community-based organizations and non-profits.
• Exceptional project management, planning, and organizational capabilities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for a variety of audiences.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Passion for social change and a commitment to ethical practices.
• Capacity to manage governance and reputational risk factors in partner-led initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams.
• Preferred qualifications include experience in grant writing and management, ESG/CSR and sustainability reporting, social impact measurement and evaluation, CRM or social impact management tools, volunteer management, award submissions, external recognitions, and evidence-based storytelling.
