This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the entire ServiceNow platform lifecycle, which includes developing a multi-year roadmap, prioritizing investments, and ensuring alignment with enterprise digital transformation efforts.
• Establish governance frameworks, architectural standards, and development guidelines that effectively balance innovation with stability.
• Propel platform value realization through metrics, KPIs, and tracking of business outcomes; showcase ROI and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture and business leaders to ensure that ServiceNow functions as the system of action for IT and enterprise workflows.
• Oversee the platform licensing strategy, optimize entitlements, and manage vendor relationships.
• Design and enhance scalable, secure, and high-availability architecture across all ServiceNow modules, with a focus on readiness for emerging capabilities (IRM, HRSD, CSM, Enterprise Architecture).
• Coordinate the release calendar, orchestrate deployments, and communicate with stakeholders regarding all changes to ServiceNow.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a direct team of ServiceNow developers and administrators, promoting technical growth and career advancement.
• Ensure compliance with SOX controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards through disciplined SDLC practices.
• 8-12+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform, demonstrating a progression from technical contributor to architectural and leadership roles.
• In-depth expertise in ITSM, ITOM, and SPM modules, with a proven ability to architect and deliver enterprise-scale implementations.
• Hands-on experience in platform administration, scripting (JavaScript, GlideAPI), Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, LDAP, SSO/SAML, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience in architecting and governing Common Service Data Model (CSDM) implementations.
• Proven knowledge of Service Management within large organizations, specifically in SACM and Change Management processes.
• Extensive experience in heterogeneous IT infrastructure environments with various systems, technologies, and platforms.
• Over 3 years of experience managing technical teams with a demonstrated success in team development and performance management.
• A solid track record leading agile delivery teams, managing backlogs, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong program/project management skills with the capacity to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
