This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Oversee the governance and coordination of RFPs, contracts, renewals, and strategic customer initiatives.
• Administer the reseller governance processes, which encompass pricing, rebates, supplier/GPO fees, and compliance supervision.
• Collaborate across various functions including Legal, Finance, Risk, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and effective execution.
• Assist in readiness for implementation and facilitate operational onboarding activities.
• Evaluate operational, contractual, and financial risks while managing issue resolution and escalation processes.
• Create executive-level communications, reports, and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Sustain governance documentation, reporting tools, and operational playbooks.
• Develop and nurture robust relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Over 7 years of experience in supplier diversity, strategic program management, procurement, operations, pricing, or similar business roles.
• Proven experience in managing intricate cross-functional initiatives.
• Established ability to influence stakeholders and navigate complex organizational structures.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Preferred experience in contract governance, pricing frameworks, operational processes, or enterprise customer support.
