This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Oversee Sales Operations for the Americas region
• Promote operational excellence in areas such as forecasting, pipeline management, sales process execution, territory management, reporting, and GTM productivity
• Collaborate with sales leadership to enhance forecast accuracy, pipeline hygiene, and deal assessment
• Evaluate pipeline health, coverage, conversion rates, and risk trends
• Create executive-level reports and operational insights for leadership reviews
• Enhance and scale sales processes across opportunity management, account planning, and territory execution
• Maintain Salesforce data quality, stage hygiene, and operational consistency
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks that facilitate actionable decision-making
• Assist in territory planning, account segmentation, and governance of account ownership
• Over 7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Operations
• More than 3 years of experience managing or leading operational programs and cross-functional initiatives
• Proficient in Salesforce, particularly in reporting, dashboards, pipeline management, and sales process design
• Experience working with enterprise sales organizations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent executive communication and presentation skills
• Capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
