This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Collaborate with the Head of Sales Marketing to uphold the go-to-market (GTM) strategy and Sales Strategy for the North America region by identifying target audiences, spotting custom integration opportunities with publisher partners, and creating sales materials.
• Advise the North America Sales Team on new business prospects, including proactive proposals, client engagements, and trade marketing activities.
• Take ownership of the North America Sales Collateral Library, ensuring the management and accuracy of general presentation templates, partner slides, audience insights, and more.
• Create media packages that enhance sales initiatives and manage a robust pipeline to assist sales leadership in understanding inventory sell-through.
• Support the execution and application of existing processes while developing innovative methods to streamline workflows, concentrating on education, product knowledge across the North America team, and Venatus capabilities.
• At least 8 years of experience in online marketing, with a strong preference for a combination of mobile, agency, and client-side experience.
• A genuine enthusiasm for advertising and a commitment to driving innovative brand and performance-based advertising products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present effectively.
• Demonstrated expertise in supporting the creation, production, and delivery of engaging advertising product solutions and packages.
• Proven capability to operate cross-functionally within a matrixed organization.
• Strong influencing, negotiation, and facilitation abilities, with a talent for establishing and maintaining collaborative relationships with various stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive under pressure, both independently and as part of a team, while managing multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.
• Capacity to build and nurture a robust sales marketing strategy team aligned with growth objectives and business rationale.
• Proficient in tools for measuring marketing audience demographics and consumer behavior (e.g., Comscore, GWI).
• Experience with CRM and enablement platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
• Fully skilled in business and collaboration software necessary for effective stakeholder engagement and work management: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, Google Docs/Sheets, and Photoshop (preferred but not mandatory).
