This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and maintain GTM reporting dashboards and KPI frameworks within Salesforce to deliver actionable performance insights.
• Leverage AI to streamline manual workflows and integrate large volumes of diverse data efficiently.
• Act as the primary operational liaison for Customer Success and Sales leadership in process design, documentation, and management.
• Convert business requirements into technical specifications for Salesforce development, serving as the connector between GTM teams and developers - safeguarding developers from scope creep and ambiguity, while ensuring business stakeholders receive effective solutions.
• Work in partnership with GTM Enablement on change management initiatives, encompassing training, documentation, and adoption tracking.
• Oversee cross-tool reporting fluency between Salesforce and associated platforms such as Gong, Salesloft, and Highspot.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations, preferably in B2B or B2B2C SaaS environments.
• Experience in supporting both Sales and Customer Success functions is essential.
• Profound expertise in Salesforce is mandatory. Candidates must be capable of architecting reporting structures, drafting developer-ready requirements, and possess an informed perspective on data modeling. Salesforce Admin certification is advantageous.
• Advanced AI skills with substantial experience in developing agents that integrate seamlessly into daily operations.
• Proven history of converting GTM business requirements into clear technical specifications for development teams.
• Fluency in the contemporary GTM tech stack, including Gong, Salesloft, Highspot, Asana, and similar tools. Proficiency in reporting and analytics across these platforms is crucial.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the proficiency to build, interpret, and communicate performance data to executive-level audiences.
• Established ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Data teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% annually as necessary.
