This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Lead the global Quality & Regulatory function by establishing strategies, standards, and performance indicators.
β’ Oversee, mentor, and cultivate the Quality Manager while being actively involved in daily quality and regulatory operations.
β’ Act as the primary authority for quality escalations, compliance risks, and regulatory interpretations.
β’ Develop scalable systems and processes that facilitate rapid growth and international expansion.
β’ Represent the Quality & Regulatory department in cross-functional meetings.
β’ Personally manage the quality of all components, formulas, and finished products.
β’ Collaborate with internal and external partners on regulatory reviews to ensure ongoing compliance.
β’ Conduct root cause analysis and spearhead corrective actions for any quality-related issues.
β’ Maintain and revise all quality documentation, including specification documents and component records.
β’ 8β12+ years of experience in Quality and Regulatory within the beauty, cosmetics, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) sectors.
β’ Extensive knowledge of MoCRA, EU/UK cosmetic regulations, and global compliance frameworks.
β’ Proven experience in managing and developing quality teams while being hands-on and executing tasks alongside the Quality Manager.
β’ Strong expertise in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ISO standards, and supplier quality programs.
β’ Highly organized, detail-oriented, with a strong focus on documentation and systems.
β’ Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
β’ Must be willing to travel internationally to manufacturing sites, suppliers, and regulatory partners as required.
