This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.
• Lead and manage the company's NQA-1 compliant quality program, ensuring adherence to regulatory and contractual obligations.
• Act as the main point of contact for government clients, regulators, auditors, and joint venture partners.
• Integrate QEHS initiatives within a multi-regulatory framework (DOE, DOD, OSHA, EPA, NASA, etc.).
• Oversee audits, assessments, investigations, and supplier quality management programs.
• Propel continuous improvement efforts, including corrective actions, metrics, and performance monitoring.
• Provide guidance for Ethics & Business Conduct programs, encompassing investigations and reporting duties.
• Assist in the development of proposals and ensure the incorporation of QEHS requirements into contracts and programs.
• Create budgets and oversee QEHS-related resources and expenditures.
• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Business, or a related discipline.
• Over 15 years of experience in QEHS, regulatory compliance, or leadership in technical operations.
• Familiarity with nuclear quality standards (10CFR50 Appendix B, ASME NQA-1).
• Background in supporting manufacturing, engineering, or project-driven programs.
• U.S. Citizenship with the capability to obtain and maintain a DOE Q Clearance.
• Experience in DOE, DOD, or governmental contracting environments.
• Advanced degree or certifications (CQA, CQM/OE, CSP, CIH, PMP).
• Experience in environments that require FOCI mitigation.
• Proven track record of leading QEHS programs within complex, regulated organizations.
