Senior Manager, Provider Partnership Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee provider relationships within a designated region.

• Act as the main point of contact for provider leadership and essential stakeholders.

• Build and sustain robust partnerships with providers.

• Discover opportunities to enhance provider engagement, participation, and satisfaction.

• Direct the resolution of intricate provider issues and escalations.

• Collaborate with Operations, Training, Marketing, Risk, and other internal departments to meet provider needs.

• Track regional performance, identify trends, and find areas for improvement.

• Assist in provider growth, retention, and engagement efforts.

• Lead regional projects and strategic initiatives as assigned.

• Offer coaching and mentorship to less experienced team members.

• Compile reports, recommendations, and updates for leadership review.

• Represent the organization at provider meetings, events, and conferences.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven success and a solid track record in relevant job functions, projects, or industries. Military service may substitute for professional experience and/or formal education requirements.

• 3-5+ years of experience in provider relations, account management, partnership management, client services, educational services, or a related field.

• Experienced in managing high-value, complex, or multi-stakeholder relationships in a service-oriented or partnership-focused environment.

• Demonstrated experience working with large entities such as school districts, charter school networks, healthcare systems, or other public-sector or regulated organizations.

• Proven ability to enhance provider engagement, retention, satisfaction, and growth through effective relationship management strategies.

• Skilled in resolving complex or escalated issues by coordinating cross-functional teams and influencing outcomes without direct authority.

• Strong experience collaborating with internal stakeholders, including Operations, Legal, Compliance, Training, IT, and Leadership teams.

• Proficient in analyzing provider performance data, engagement trends, and operational metrics to support decision-making and ongoing improvement.
