📋 Description

• Conducts comprehensive research on individuals

• Offers strategic insights and oversees fundraising strategies

• Manages a diverse portfolio within an assigned team

• Collects and evaluates data on key constituents

• Confirms gift capacity and biographical information

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree

• 5 years of experience in prospect research or a related field

• Proven proficiency in prospect research technologies, data tools, and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

• Established ability to operate in a fast-paced, confidential, and highly sensitive environment
