Senior Manager, Project Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and lead the PMO responsible for implementing strategic best practices and executing product delivery and digital transformation initiatives.

• Establish organizational project management and product delivery capabilities, standards, and behaviors for effective project coordination and prioritization.

• Spearhead change management strategies for enterprise projects, including stakeholder assessments, change impact analyses, readiness planning, and adoption measurement.

• Collaborate with leaders and cross-functional teams to identify change risks, mitigate resistance, and foster alignment.

• Direct cross-functional project teams, pinpoint systems and processes to enhance operational excellence, and provide support to internal stakeholders to ensure they meet the needs of our partners.

• Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders to advocate for service enhancements and prioritize new feature developments based on partner and team requirements.

• Oversee testing of implementations, deliver training, and facilitate communication and alignment among teams.

• Create and manage project budgets, forecasts, and spending plans to guarantee that initiatives are executed within approved financial parameters.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree; or 9 years of relevant experience.

• At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory, project, or technical leadership role.

• PMP or Agile certification is highly preferred.

• An MBA degree or equivalent years of relevant experience is preferred.

• Proven experience in change management within complex organizations.

• Demonstrated success in leading team engagements that involve identifying, prioritizing, designing, and implementing scalable solutions.

• Strong fluency with technology.

• Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, and other CRM and ERP systems.
