Senior Manager, Professional Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Accountable for identifying client requirements, crafting processes and proposals to address those needs, and supervising the execution of the complete project solution.

• Directs the creation and deployment of comprehensive technology solutions for clients utilizing company products, outsourced services, or proprietary tools and techniques.

• Engages in people management, providing mentorship and coaching to ensure the consulting team achieves success.

• Manages the profitability, scalability, and overall health of the M1 Consulting team through a data-driven methodology.

• Leads dynamically and addresses issues with a thoughtful, cross-functional strategy.

• Guides the M Consulting Team, coordinating resources and expertise across a broad range of new and aftermarket projects.

• Will oversee a team of 11, which includes Implementation Consultants and Project Managers.

• Responsible for managing team performance against dashboards and KPIs, regularly presenting outcomes, trends, resource requirements, and profitability/margins.

• Concentrates on long-term strategic planning and the organizational vision.

• Makes high-level decisions that influence the team's strategic direction and profitability.

• Navigates change skillfully and encourages others to adopt new business practices while continually questioning the status quo.

• Functions with minimal oversight, comfortably acting independently when provided with broad direction or intent.

• Operationally owns and executes all leadership and management responsibilities of the M1 Consulting practice, collaborating with the Senior Director of Professional Services and the SVP of Professional Services to meet all primary objectives.

• Ensures alignment with the Professional Services team’s OKRs and KPIs.

• Implements management processes that promote data-driven transparency into goal versus achievement.

• Builds cross-functional relationships with Product Management, Development, Sales, and Account Management to effectively manage the health and growth of the business.

• Mentors and develops subordinate team members, fostering a world-class culture of learning and growth.

• Oversees the revenue delivery forecasting process on a weekly basis.

• Cultivates a winning culture that attracts, retains, and develops top talent.


⛳️ Requirements

• Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree

• Preferred Education: Master’s Degree

• Years of Experience: 10 – 15 years

• Specialty/Industry Experience: Manufacturing ERPs

• Management Experience Preferred
