Senior Manager, Product Management – Neuro

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the strategy, development, and implementation of designated neuro solutions, from initial concept to launch and ongoing management.

• Collaborate with engineering, clinical, data science, and UX teams to create and deliver AI-driven, EHR-integrated tools that improve detection, triage, and care coordination.

• Convert intricate neuroscientific workflows into practical product requirements that enhance usability, scalability, and user adoption.

• Work alongside neuro specialists, neuroradiologists, and multidisciplinary care teams to verify clinical design and assess impact.

• Guarantee interoperability by adhering to standards such as FHIR and HL7, facilitating seamless integration with clinical systems.

• Direct the go-to-market strategy for assigned neuro solutions, encompassing market segmentation, positioning, and execution of launches.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in healthcare, digital health, or AI-driven innovation.

• At least 5 years in product management, commercialization, or strategic roles within enterprise healthcare technology.

• Clinical experience in neurosciences is essential.

• Demonstrated capability to define, develop, and implement clinically integrated solutions in collaboration with both technical and clinical teams.

• Extensive knowledge of neuroscientific care pathways, diagnostic workflows, and multidisciplinary coordination.

• Understanding of healthcare interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7) and EHR integration is required.

• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
