Senior Manager, Product Management

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the VP to formulate product strategy and establish the roadmap.

• Supervise Product Managers and ensure successful feature delivery.

• Facilitate cross-functional teamwork.

• Evaluate and authorize the feature roadmap.

• Foster strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• Over 10 years of progressive experience in product management, technology, or a similar field.

• At least 7 years of direct experience in product management.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in people management.

• Demonstrated capability to drive product vision and lead cross-functional teams.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience in B2G SaaS, platform software, or products within regulated industries.

• Ability to operate strategically as well as hands-on in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
