• Lead the comprehensive definition of digital product features and experiences to align with the overall strategy and roadmap.
• Keep up-to-date with changing market trends and customer requirements to inform product strategy and roadmap choices.
• Act as the voice of the customer, consistently evaluating the product from the end-user's viewpoint to enhance the overall experience for both customers and the business.
• Collaborate with product leadership and cross-functional teams to establish a vision, strategy, and prioritized feature backlog that supports the product roadmap.
• Foster cohesion across all product lines by effectively communicating your ideas to a diverse range of key stakeholders, including development teams, product and business teams, and the wider organization.
• Work alongside a cross-functional team of UX/Design, Technology, Professional Development, and other subject-matter experts to transform ideas from concept into reality.
• Participate in customer research and discovery to validate new product ideas while maintaining a strong empathy for customer and end-user needs.
• Examine, update, and refine strategies based on usage data and insights.
• Over 6 years of experience in Product Management, including leadership of complex product areas.
• Proven experience managing SaaS products with high-frequency workflows.
• Strong background in Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Demonstrated success in delivering user-friendly experiences.
• Excellent skills in product discovery and prioritization.
• Experience in leveraging AI to drive requirements, development, and quality assurance.
• Ability to integrate user experience, business models, and strategy effectively.
• Strong history of collaborating with engineering and technology leaders.
