Senior Manager, Product and Business Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of daily business and product performance for designated product lines, including the implementation of growth and operational strategies.

• Implement product and portfolio strategies that align with wider organizational goals and market opportunities.

• Convert strategic objectives into actionable product roadmaps, operational plans, and go-to-market strategies.

• Lead sales and cross-functional teams to achieve outcomes without having full direct authority.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Finance, and shared services) to enhance revenue growth, customer adoption, and market penetration.

• Assist in pricing, packaging, positioning, and executing product launches for the assigned products.

• Develop and oversee financial performance, including forecasts, revenue targets, NOI accountability, and performance metrics for the designated product lines.

• Manage and contribute to lifecycle decisions, including optimization, incremental investment, or repositioning of products.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• 5–7 years of experience in product management, portfolio management, strategy, or commercial roles.

• Experience in the education sector (Public K–12 or Higher Ed) is strongly preferred.

• Proven track record of executing against revenue, growth, or product performance objectives.

• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional initiatives from concept through launch and optimization.

• Experience managing or supporting multiple products or portfolios at the same time.

• Background in scaling early-stage or growth-phase products is preferred.

• Familiarity with SaaS, platform, or technology-enabled product environments is preferred.
