• The Senior Manager, Procurement is a pivotal member of the Supply Chain team, tasked with defining and executing procurement strategies for ingredients and raw materials to support both core business functions and innovative projects.
• This position manages the complete sourcing, supplier management, and procurement processes—ensuring supply stability, cost efficiency, and alignment with the company’s growth goals.
• This leader collaborates cross-functionally with R&D, Quality/Regulatory, Materials Planning, Finance, Sustainability, and Legal to develop sourcing strategies, evaluate trade-offs, and provide data-informed recommendations that guide critical business decisions.
• The Senior Manager works with a significant degree of independence and responsibility, balancing strategic planning with practical execution while proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities within a dynamic supply landscape.
• Over 8 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or related fields, including more than 5 years of direct procurement or strategic sourcing experience.
• A proven history of owning and advancing procurement or sourcing strategies in a complex, cross-functional setting.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders through data-driven recommendations and effectively communicate trade-offs and risks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of functioning effectively in uncertain situations and making decisions with limited information.
• Experience in developing and implementing sourcing strategies that align with business growth and operational requirements.
• Proven track record in leading supplier negotiations and contract execution in coordination with Legal.
• Experience collaborating with Quality/QA to establish supplier quality standards and address supplier performance challenges.
• Strong organizational skills and operational discipline, with meticulous attention to detail and structured documentation practices.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, with the capacity to simplify complex information into clear, actionable insights.
• Capability to operate with a high level of ownership, accountability, and sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.
• High integrity and strong ethical standards.
• ERP experience (e.g., NetSuite) is preferred.
