This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design presales solutions and communicate the value of FICO Scores products, features, analytics, and services to clients.
• Collaborate with Scores Sales Executives and Client Success Managers to comprehend client business goals, use cases, and decision criteria, ensuring a seamless transition from presales to post-sale execution.
• Develop and present FICO Score solution configurations that align with client requirements, regulatory frameworks, and operational realities.
• Facilitate technical discovery sessions, solution demonstrations, and value-driven discussions with client stakeholders.
• Convert analytics, model performance, and score utilization into concise business and ROI narratives for both executive and technical audiences.
• Assist in presales efforts across new logo acquisition, expansion, and renewals, including solution positioning and packaging.
• Contribute to pricing conversations by offering technical insights, usage assumptions, and considerations regarding solution complexity.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Analytics, and Client Success teams to support RFx responses, proposals, and deal review documents.
• Review and ensure the accuracy and relevance of client-facing materials, such as presentations, ROI models, and solution summaries.
• Expertise in credit risk (US), consumer lending, retail banking, and analytics.
• Extensive experience in presales, solutions consulting, and analytics.
• A strong analytical mindset capable of translating technical concepts into business value.
• Comfort in engaging with both executive and technical stakeholders.
• Experience in client discovery, analytic use cases, analytic ecosystem mapping, and operationalizing analytics in consumer lending and banking.
• Excellent collaboration skills across Sales, Client Success, Analytics, and Product Management teams.
• Experience in Consumer Lending (unsecured, auto, etc.), credit risk, or regulated financial services settings.
