Senior Manager, Performance Marketing – Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Create, launch, oversee, and enhance multichannel digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta, and other pertinent channels.

• Distinguish paid media performance, budget distribution, targeting strategies, and campaign optimization to enhance lead quality and conversion rates.

• Regularly assess campaign performance and pinpoint opportunities to boost efficiency, engagement, and pipeline contributions.

• Formulate audience targeting, segmentation, retargeting, and account-based marketing strategies.

• Collaborate with internal teams to align campaign strategies with business goals, product priorities, and go-to-market initiatives.

• Evaluate competitive positioning, digital trends, and campaign results to discover new growth opportunities.

• Create and maintain executive-level reporting dashboards for internal stakeholders, leadership teams, and external partners.

• Establish scalable reporting frameworks to assess marketing performance, attribution, campaign effectiveness, and pipeline contributions.

• Convert complex marketing and business data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

• Enhance visibility into lead generation performance, funnel health, customer acquisition trends, and return on investment.

• Set reporting standards, KPIs, and performance benchmarks for marketing initiatives.

• Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to enhance forecast accuracy and performance measurement.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in digital advertising, performance marketing, demand generation, or marketing analytics.

• Profound understanding of digital advertising platforms including Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads, and associated performance channels.

• Strong analytical skills with experience in building dashboards, reports, and performance measurement frameworks.

• Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, lead development, and email marketing.

• Solid grasp of conversion optimization, customer journeys, and marketing funnel management.

• Experience conducting A/B tests on ad campaigns, landing pages, workflows, or digital experiences.

• Knowledge of SEO principles, website analytics, and user experience optimization.

• Experience utilizing analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.

• Capability to translate data into strategic recommendations and business decisions.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
