This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid social campaigns across a range of medium to large client accounts, ensuring robust performance aligned with business objectives.
• Manage client communications for key accounts, providing strategic insights, performance narratives, testing strategies, and proactive solutions to challenges.
• Convert overarching growth objectives into actionable paid social strategies across platforms such as Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, and others as relevant.
• Lead sophisticated media buying decisions, including campaign organization, audience targeting, measurement tactics, testing priorities, and budget distribution.
• Collaborate across functions with creative, analytics, strategy, and account teams to ensure that paid social initiatives are in sync with wider business aims.
• Guide and mentor Managers, Senior Analysts, and Analysts by offering support on execution, performance assessment, and strategic insight.
• Enhance team workflows by pinpointing areas for improvement in operations, reporting standards, quality assurance practices, and client service processes.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new clients by developing initial channel strategies, conducting account evaluations, and formulating transition plans.
• Contribute to departmental projects, including playbooks, best practices, training materials, and process documentation.
• Keep abreast of platform updates, market dynamics, and new opportunities to bolster client results and team expertise.
• 4–6+ years of professional experience in paid social, digital marketing, or performance marketing, preferably in an agency setting.
• At least 2 years of experience managing and scaling paid social campaigns for direct-to-consumer (DTC) and/or e-commerce brands.
• Proven track record of independently managing larger or more intricate client relationships with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor junior team members and enhance the overall quality of work within the team.
• In-depth understanding of platform strategies, campaign setup, testing methodologies, reporting, and performance enhancement.
• Strong analytical capabilities, including the skill to interpret performance metrics, recognize opportunities, and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting insights and suggestions clearly to both clients and internal audiences.
• Solid comprehension of how creative strategies affect paid social performance, with the ability to advise on testing approaches and areas for iteration.
• Highly collaborative, proactive, and solution-driven, with a keen attention to detail and follow-through.
• Previous experience in people management is advantageous, though not mandatory.
