Senior Manager, Organic Search, AI Visibility, SEO, GEO, AEO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Drive growth in traffic from Google Search and AI-driven answer engines for various consumer brands.

• Take ownership of organic performance, visibility, and traffic across multiple brands.

• Create quarterly and monthly plans for organic growth, prioritizing initiatives in SEO and content.

• Establish and monitor key KPIs for SEO, GEO, and AEO, providing insights to leadership.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive organic search strategy designed for AI answer engines.

• Oversee content strategy and production for both onsite and blog content, ensuring alignment with essential keywords.

• Construct and manage an AI-enabled content workflow for ideation, drafting, optimization, and publishing.

• Utilize Profound as a primary platform for monitoring brand visibility and enhancing content strategy.

• Develop and oversee a structured experimentation roadmap for content optimization and SEO.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in performance-driven SEO, organic growth, content strategy, or related search roles within B2C or e-commerce settings; experience in healthcare, telehealth, or regulated categories is preferred.

• Proven track record of driving significant organic traffic growth through technical SEO, on-page optimization, content strategy, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Practical experience with GEO, AEO, or similar optimizations for AI answer engines and AI-driven search experiences.

• Direct experience with Profound or comparable AI-search visibility platforms is highly preferred.

• Established history of managing a high-output editorial or content function, whether in-house or via agencies and freelancers.
