This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee multiple intricate Oracle EPM Cloud projects, managing the entire delivery process from strategy and design to implementation, deployment, and continuous optimization.
• Act as a trusted advisor to CFOs, senior finance executives, technology leaders, and other key stakeholders.
• Provide leadership throughout the engagement scope, including financials, staffing, timelines, quality, risks, and client expectations.
• Assist clients in navigating finance transformation, EPM modernization, operating model, and technology choices.
• Ensure that Oracle EPM solutions are aligned with the client’s business goals, finance processes, and long-term technology strategies by supervising solution architecture.
• Lead projects involving Oracle Planning, Financial Consolidation and Close, Account Reconciliation, Enterprise Data Management, Profitability and Cost Management, or other related Oracle capabilities.
• Establish strong governance, accountability, and communication among project teams and client stakeholders.
• Identify and address complex delivery, stakeholder, financial, and organizational issues.
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships that extend beyond individual projects or implementations.
• Recognize opportunities to deepen existing relationships through additional services, capabilities, and solutions.
• Lead or support sales initiatives, including qualification, solution development, estimates, proposals, presentations, and statements of work.
• Collaborate with account and practice leaders on pipeline development, market opportunities, and go-to-market strategies.
• Mentor and develop managers, consultants, and technical team members.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and career development within the Oracle EPM practice.
• Aid in the development of scalable delivery methods, accelerators, intellectual property, and quality standards.
• Contribute to the strategic direction and ongoing growth of Thought Logic's Enterprise Performance Management practice.
• Keep abreast of Oracle EPM capabilities, finance transformation trends, and emerging technologies impacting the CFO's office.
• A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in delivering Oracle EPM, Hyperion, finance transformation, or related enterprise performance management solutions.
• Extensive consulting experience in leading complex Oracle EPM engagements and managing client relationships.
• Profound knowledge in one or more Oracle EPM Cloud applications, including Planning, Financial Consolidation and Close, Account Reconciliation, Enterprise Data Management, or Profitability and Cost Management.
• Proven track record of successfully leading multiple workstreams, projects, or engagements concurrently.
• Strong comprehension of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, closing, reporting, account reconciliation, and related finance processes.
• Experience in managing project scope, financials, staffing, timelines, risks, quality, and client expectations.
• Capability to advise senior finance and technology executives on strategies, operational processes, solution architecture, and transformation priorities.
• Experience in fostering trusted client relationships and recognizing opportunities to expand them.
• History of leading proposals, developing solutions, creating estimates, delivering presentations, and drafting statements of work.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and cultivate consulting teams.
• Excellent executive communication, facilitation, negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to blend strategic leadership with hands-on involvement when necessary.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• Oracle EPM Cloud certifications.
• Experience across various Oracle EPM Cloud applications and adjacent Oracle technologies.
• Experience in leading large-scale finance transformation or EPM modernization programs.
• A successful track record of expanding client relationships or contributing to new business opportunities.
• Experience in developing industry-specific Oracle EPM solutions or go-to-market offerings.
• Experience in growing an Oracle EPM consulting practice, capability, or team.
• Existing connections within the Oracle ecosystem or office-of-the-CFO community.
• Experience in creating reusable implementation methods, accelerators, or intellectual property.
