This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the analysis of intricate and extensive datasets sourced from CRM, digital platforms, media, POC, field force, and patient/HCP engagement systems utilizing SQL and advanced analytical methodologies.
• Perform exploratory and advanced analytics (EDA, segmentation, trend analysis) to uncover opportunities that enhance omnichannel strategies and improve the experiences of HCPs and patients.
• Convert customer and channel insights into straightforward, actionable recommendations that inform brand and omnichannel strategies, boost engagement quality, and generate quantifiable commercial outcomes.
• Continuously assess omnichannel and campaign performance, identifying optimization opportunities to enhance reach, responsiveness, and conversion while adhering to pharmaceutical regulations.
• Develop, automate, and refine dashboards, KPI frameworks, and performance reports to offer real-time visibility into the effectiveness of omnichannel strategies for brand, marketing, and field leadership.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, analytics, data engineering, IT, and agency partners to guarantee data accuracy, accessibility, and integration across omnichannel ecosystems.
• Deliver insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, influencing decision-making through data-driven storytelling and clear business implications.
• Keep abreast of emerging trends in data science, machine learning, MarTech, and the industry, proactively seeking innovative analytical methodologies pertinent to the evolving omnichannel model in pharmaceuticals.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science/Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical sector (without a Master’s) or 6 to 8 years (with a Master’s).
• Advanced SQL proficiency and experience with Python or R for data manipulation, modeling, and automation.
• Significant experience with BI and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerPoint, Power BI, Qlik) and advanced Excel skills.
• Familiarity with analytics/measurement platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Crossix, Veeva CRM).
• Experience with cloud and big data technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure, Databricks, Snowflake).
• Strong capability in conducting exploratory data analysis, developing customer segmentation, and deriving clear, actionable insights from large, complex datasets.
• Understanding of marketing automation and orchestration tools (SFMC, Google Marketing Suite, Marketo, HubSpot).
• Awareness of data governance, quality assurance, and privacy regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA) within a pharmaceutical context.
