This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Implement comprehensive field marketing initiatives that produce qualified leads and facilitate the closing of business across North America, particularly in the Mid-Market sector.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to synchronize priorities, develop collaborative strategies, and ensure marketing initiatives bolster pipeline advancement, conversion, and achievement of regional revenue goals.
• Execute regional marketing strategies that are in line with the Americas Marketing objectives and global program framework.
• Launch global engagement initiatives (events, account-based engagement, and customer programs) throughout North America.
• Oversee the implementation of the field marketing budget, enhancing expenditure across programs to boost performance.
• Evaluate regional programs and initiatives based on their impact on the pipeline, sales requirements, and performance metrics, making necessary trade-offs to optimize results within available resources.
• Organize and execute field events that align with global standards and regional priorities, focusing on fostering high-quality engagement that leads to pipeline growth and revenue.
• Collaborate with Global Engagement Programs to assist in the execution of executive engagement and customer initiatives in the region.
• Work with Channel Marketing to facilitate partner engagement and co-marketing efforts.
• Tailor and adapt global campaigns for effective implementation in North America.
• Track program effectiveness and refine campaigns based on pipeline quality, conversion rates, and revenue contributions.
• Advocate for the use of AI-driven tools and workflows to enhance efficiency, scale operations, and improve decision-making.
• Manage and mentor team members, offering guidance and coaching to foster delivery and performance.
• Expected travel: 20–30%
• 6–10 years of experience in B2B marketing within field, demand generation, or regional roles.
• Proven track record in executing marketing initiatives that generate pipeline and show measurable impacts on conversion, deal progression, or revenue.
• Strong knowledge of digital demand generation, field programs, and event management.
• Experience in a partner-led or channel-focused environment.
• Background in team management and development or leading cross-functional projects.
• Excellent project management and organizational capabilities.
• Proficient in contemporary marketing and sales technologies, including CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), marketing workflow and automation platforms (e.g., Asana, Stensul), event software (e.g., Goldcast), and analytics/reporting tools (e.g., PowerBI or similar).
• Analytical mindset with experience in utilizing marketing tools to evaluate performance.
• Demonstrated experience with AI-enhanced tools or automation to boost efficiency.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills.
