
Senior Manager β Mobile Software Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee and guide multiple software engineering teams, establishing clear goals and priorities that align with both departmental and organizational objectives.
β’ Formulate and implement departmental strategies, encompassing resource distribution, budgeting, and the adoption of new technologies.
β’ Collaborate with other department leaders and executives to ensure that software initiatives are in line with the overall strategic direction of the company.
β’ Cultivate a culture of innovation and technical excellence within the software engineering department.
β’ Provide mentorship and coaching to software managers and leaders, offering guidance and opportunities for professional growth.
β’ Supervise complex software projects, track progress, and address challenges to ensure successful project outcomes.
β’ Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to promote continuous improvement within the department.
β’ Engage in hiring and onboarding processes, set and assess performance objectives, and assist in identifying, attracting, and retaining top talent.
β’ Develop risk management strategies and ensure adherence to industry regulations and internal policies.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of professional experience and training.
β’ Over 8 years of experience in software development.
β’ Demonstrated success in managing and leading software teams.
β’ Strong skills in strategic planning and project management.
β’ Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
