This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish marketing operations from the ground up.
• Create processes that align with our strategic objectives.
• Oversee marketing automation efforts.
• Procure and develop additional solutions as needed.
• Provide accurate data and reliable reporting.
• Manage website operations and coordinate with our external web agency.
• Set up consent and privacy operations along with a global preference/subscription center.
• 4-8 years of experience in marketing operations within B2B SaaS settings.
• Practical administration experience with leading marketing automation platforms and familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud (CRM).
• Experience in building lead scoring and lifecycle automation at scale; provided attribution that stakeholders can rely on.
• Implemented and spearheaded the adoption of AI tools for crucial go-to-market workflows.
• Developed comprehensive documentation and practices for stakeholder enablement.
• Experience with Pardot is a significant advantage.
• Background in developing consent and privacy programs across the US and EU, as well as creating preference/subscription centers.
• Experience in the energy or environmental commodities industry.
• Familiarity with WordPress.
