Senior Manager, Marketing AI – Analytics

Posted 10 hours ago

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Identify significant opportunities to implement AI in marketing and develop production-ready solutions (not merely concepts or presentations).

β€’ Manage the complete delivery process: ideation, prototyping, validation, and deployment.

β€’ Create and oversee AI-driven workflows (e.g., content creation, lead scoring, competitive intelligence, reporting).

β€’ Assess emerging AI tools and guide decisions on building versus purchasing solutions.

β€’ Establish scalable frameworks, documentation, and best practices for adoption.

β€’ Serve as the internal authority on applied AI, shaping strategy and enhancing team skills.

β€’ Oversee and advance the marketing data stack (warehouse + integrations across CRM, automation, advertising, and web analytics).

β€’ Develop automated reporting that provides actionable insights to stakeholders.

β€’ Conduct in-depth analyses on pipeline, channel performance, attribution, lead quality, and ROI.

β€’ Enhance data quality, measurement frameworks, and reporting coverage.

β€’ Manage data orchestration (APIs, workflows, automation pipelines).

β€’ Lead and nurture a high-performing team of two analysts.

β€’ Transition key functions from external consultants to internal capabilities.

β€’ Collaborate closely with Marketing leadership to advance strategic initiatives.

β€’ Provide clear insights, recommendations, and materials to facilitate executive decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

β€’ You have developed operational AI solutions from start to finish β€” from identifying a challenge, to prototyping with LLM APIs or coding tools, to launching a product that users engage with.

β€’ You are adept with code, SQL, and data infrastructure β€” not necessarily as a formal engineer, but as someone capable of delivering working solutions that incorporate all three.

β€’ Strong structured problem-solving skills β€” the kind developed in consulting, strategy roles, or high-responsibility operational settings.

β€’ 5–10 years of experience in various roles, including strategy, consulting, marketing operations, analytics, business operations, or revenue operations.

β€’ Analytical proficiency: you can create a report, scrutinize the data, uncover the narrative, and present it clearly to senior stakeholders.

β€’ Experience in people leadership or a strong track record of mentoring and developing junior talent.

β€’ High agency, low ego, and a preference for building solutions over merely recommending them.

🏝️ Benefits

β€’ Fully remote-first work with flexible work arrangements.

β€’ Comprehensive Health and Wellness Benefits, including retirement savings programs, eligibility for two different bonus plans, generous time off, and extensive medical and dental benefits based on your country of residence.

β€’ New Hire Equipment Allowance and monthly Flex Allowance to ensure your success.

β€’ Endless opportunities for career advancement and internal mobility.

β€’ Employee-driven DE&I programs.
